On the Rockingham coastal boardwalk a large polished stone ball sits on a frictionless (nearly) support of water. Get it rolling and it will slowly revolve for some time. There is another one of these in Perth's Forrest Chase.

    Thats a nice shot Gary. I know that ball well as I scuba dive directly out in front of it on the Bells Park Wreck Trail. Did you know there 3 boats and 2 (small) planes) only 60mtrs or so of the beach? cheers tony

    I love the quality of the evening light in this image, I would love to have seen a lower angle which showed all the ball but I guess you would have lost some of the sky?
