I saw someone doing this stuff a while back and promised myself I would try doing something like it. Having the SLR prompted me to get active and set up a little studio on the dining room table late last night. Groovy fun.

    Dear me! This is really cool stuff!!! What have you done to set it up like that! It's fantastic!! Love it. Oh and, on another note, the red "Add Comment" button is a bit hard to find on your site since all the buttons look the same. Could you maybe set it up a bit more prominent kind of thing? Would maybe help to actually "add" a comment. Just an idea of course!

    I set up a black sheet for a background and lit an incense stick, using my slave flash off to the side so it strikes just the smoke and not the backdrop. Then I took _lots_ of photos. Most were quite useless. Occasional images lit up a curl of smoke nicely. I then did a fair bit of photomanipulation in PS to get some colour happening.
